Yes leased it, 36 month @ 12K miles/per yr. Paid Taxes, Fees & 1st months payment up front. Did not roll taxes into the payment because #1. You'll get charged interest on the taxes being rolled into the payments and #2 even if I pay the tax up front, NY State law if car is totaled you get the taxes back, it's either the totaling amount in full from the lease or the remaining months you had left on the lease, not 100% sure but you do get $$$ back in that situation.
