I was just given this offer by one of my local dealerships:
2015 M235i
MSRP: $43100
BSM: $550
D&H: $950
MSRP: $44600
39 months/10,000 miles per year
$4200 due at signing - First Month($448), Tags($150), FI Lease Surcharge($67), Tax Cap Reduction($210), Cap Reduction($3355)
$418/mo before tax
$448/mo with tax So the car is the same as the sample car in the lease special without the Tech Package for $2150. Is this a solid deal?

What is the MF and negotiated sale price? I would consider using the $3300 as a multiple security deposit rather than a cap reduction.
