I don't know what I do wrong when I use these lease calculators. Even the one someone from BimmerFest shared. With those new numbers I get a pre-tax payment of $501.97 per month. What am I doing wrong?

Using another Lease Calculator I got a bit closer. $482/mo with the given information. It drops to $450/mo with an additional $1200 down. I wonder if there is another $1200 incentive they're not mentioning.
