I wouldn't say it's false advertising necessarily but based on my experience, including the fact the I have earned a insurance brokers license; claims are not always cut and dry as people would assume. When a situation is complicated and their is fault to be assigned, companies tend to pass the buck, especially with something to do with modifying or enhancing a factor spec item. I am not trying to scare you, I was just letting you know that you shouldn't let their implied warranty sway your decision making.
The Dinan tune is mild in comparison to others and I heard the B58 is a bullet-proof motor which is capable of a lot more boost than stock, so you'll be fine..
