Oh thats really unfortunate..... probably should persist with it for a little longer too see if it will go away ?

"You can install the JB4 and disconnect the MAF sensor on the intake and put the check engine light delete setting on in the JB4. The first thing I recommend is remove the cored to the MAF sensor and see if the problems go away. It will cause a check engine light but ignore it."
