Yes indeed. The squeal scared me at first I thought I did something wrong. But once I got there and talked to others this is just something "race" pads do.
The initial bite is immense. Once they got warm the squeal went away.
There was absolutely no fade. I was running 45 minutes at a time and longer. Was at an open track format. Car was rock solid lap after lap.
