Have we fallen this far as a civilization?
Yes, to make the car go as fast as possibly you really have to "Floor it".
Flooring is not a metaphor for "push real hard", flooring means push the pedal literally as far down as it will go with all of your might.
And yes, when you're flooring your car you should have more than 200 ft of space. Please don't try this in your garage. (Or do, and then post the results on Youtube)
