Don't know if it's "normal", but I've noticed that if I have the temp dialed at 16C, the AC will occasionally come on by itself even though the AC is turned off
It appears only to happen if the AC had been turned on in the most recent outing and the temp dial was set at its lowest setting (ie 16C).
In fact I have have noticed that if the temp is dialed to 16C and you turn off the AC, cold air will continue to come out until the temp dial is turned up to a higher setting.
It can be a bit of a nuisance particularly if starting up the car on a cool morning to get a blast of cold air.
