I doubt those roll bars will pass any kind of track day inspection. Would have to see how they mount, but from what I remember about those old bars is that they are mostly cosmetic and don't have any bracing to keep it from folding in on itself in a roll over.

Any legit bar will make you lose the use of your back seat.

If tracking the car is one of your priorities I suggest you consider not getting a convertible. Unless it's a S2000 or Boxster. Those come with factory roll bars that most tracks will allow. I think the new miata does too.
