While all M235is and M240s come with the MPPK from the factory, the thread, and what I read in the past was regarding this particular car:

It was an M240 vert which they acknowledge makes 340hp, but was tuned for 360hp instead.
So realistically, it is surprising they didn't offer this for the 240s as well. Unless they did, and just lied about the power.
