Unlikely, but it is possible to get a tire that is bad and pulls, or otherwise has issues (or if a wheel were bent, but that's unlikely to coincide w/ new tires). First up would be bring it back to the shop for an alignment check and diagnostics. I don't think those tires would be different enough in size to trigger TCS or it would be a common complaint.
