This thread has the latest firmware for JB4 F-series EWG OBDII. Currently at build 11.
Filename is N55_FSERIES_OBDII_EWG_11.hex
Check everything
Try USB cable direct first into a known working PC.. If that works move on to installing the bluetooth adapter, and to a mobile device second.. There is no easy answer.
