That seems unlikely.
The package includes "the M Adaptive Suspension, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires on unique 18-inch light-alloy wheels , Variable Sport Steering, and M Sport Brakes".
The sport steering and M Adaptive Suspension are already in the Dynamic Handling Package for $1K.
The M Sport Brakes are already available as a $650 option.
The 18" Light Alloy wheels are a $600 option on the base 228i.
So, I'd be very surprised if this package is more than $2K.
