Not to highjack this thread but, tires make a huge difference on the F30 (or any car) in terms of feedback and turn in. I trade back and forth between the OE Continental run flats and a set of Hankook Rs-3's that I use for track days. The second I install the Hankooks, the steering "wakes up" and feels much more crisp and responsive. In addition to having way more grip than the stock tires, the Hankooks even ride better. The surprising downside to the Rs-3's is that they are noticeably noisier than the harder Continentals...I don't get that...
Back on topic, I can't wait to see an M2 in person. It could well be the "real" new M3!
