So sorry about the late reply. I've been super swamped at the office as I'll be gone for 10 days during Sema. I believe the Seibon carbon fiber hood weighs rougly 17 lbs, I haven't weighed the OEM but I'll contact Seibon tomorrow to see if they can weigh the OEM hood and I'll report back.

The hood has grown on me but I do plan on vinyl wrapping the car a charcoal grey or gloss black color after Sema.
