Sorry to hear.. so hard to wait. There are a lot of 'stages' the card goes through from order to delivery.
Pretty much it needs to be scheduled into a daily production pack for a particular day.
You're just a few hours north of Spartenburg so can I assume you are picking it up at the performance center?
