It really differs car to car. The Macan we have coming in May the dealer (client so I trust him) told us to get Nav specifically for resale since the cars he moves without are a tougher sell. In our case I think it matters much less, with folks even willing to pay a premium for manually adjusted alcantara seats for instance.
