IIRC, dealers can take orders for current-model-year vehicles about three weeks before they cease production, which would be mid-June.

Key word is 'can'; some dealers stop sooner, particularly for cars that they don't typically stock like the 2-series, primarily to maximize profit (new model year = less likely to discount) and minimize potential prior-model-year stock.
