I had the exact same issue…I had success getting them out. What worked for me was drilling and tapping through the injector for a 6-32 stainless steel pan head machine screw. You’ll want to tap your drilled hole to get about 9 threads in the injector. Take your time tapping going back and forth and not over applying pressure otherwise you can snap the tap in the injector.
I drilled through the top of the injector that broke off so the screw would slide through it. This will allow you to reattach the top of the injector to rest rest of its body and now use the special tool to attempt at removing the injector again.
