I thought 0-60 times were theoretical maybe afyer testing they realises the car was quicker? dont matter its just a rough guide anyway, midrange power and torque is what u want!
F1 cars need to have a certain amount of fuel on board for testing purposes so dont really finish on fumes. Also each drivers style varies leaving different fuel levels in the car. Depending on the situation and track position this dictates the revs etc.
For example Hamilton is more efficient than Rosberg in the same car.
