No, the argument is that they won't make a 2GC because too many people would buy it, thus cannibalizing sales of the precious 3-series.
How long have people been clamoring for an E46-sized sedan for crying out loud? We've been talking about the damn 2GC for nearly three years on these forums, and there has been zero movement on it so far. This car is a no-brainer -- Audi and MB clearly see the need for it, and have delivered product to market. This risk averseness is going to choke BMW into utter mediocrity. |
