I did really hammer them on the deal.
However, they had an allocation and I saw it in their system, they then changed that order with my spec. So i was lead to believe I was in the system.
It sounds like they've screwed me, I made it clear that I'd be renting in the short term so delivery was key - if this has been overlooked then i'll be sure to place the order elsewhere.
Time to pick up the phone...
