Yea, They have to cut out some pieces of the bumper to fit the IC in there.
Also they have to cut some "airflow" ports out of your underside skid plate.
Looks fine if done well, like crap if not. See below.
Bottom left and bottom right corners have to have inside bumper area cut out to fit, a few inches on either side
