It's not just about whp that shallow minds work. Setup, build and torque that matches whp is more important that whatever the additional whp is. Not forgetting whatever that's advertise is engine Hp. Then there's the driver.

The M235 is a beast in disguise. I've driven it and I was amazed by it. Also not forgetting its rather attractive price too. Granted I didn't like the ride as I'm used to KWs on my e92 and my 335 is FBO with meth which which has a bigger grant. But the M235 and ZF8 gearbox is a very good drive.

No frills but with essential interior features but all the money saved in interior technology can be found when it's driven. As they say, a BMW is for driving and a Merc is for riding.
