impossible to find an answer on this. i want to buy michelin pilot super sports from the dealership and have them install those tires before i take delivery.
they should remove the top speed limiter on the car for me.
think about it, if you buy the car with PSS tires and then you switch them out for run flat tires aftermarket, its not like they retro-fit the car to have the speed limited to 130. |
From my understanding, it's not the tires that physically limit the car from reaching 155mph+ it's the actual car being limited due to coding done by BMW
