The dealer would need to pay off the remaining term on your lease (and pass it on to you) or buy the car outright and charge you for the difference from the current buyout to their trade in value. This early on in your lease the dealer can't do anything decent for you.
Your best bet is to find someone to officially assume your lease (leasetrader, swapalease or on this board) without having to get fleeced by the dealer for a huge amount.
