Id have your Ilv of the software in your vehicle. A dealer can easily check this by doing a Key read. Personally before putting removing that intake, (providing u dont have any Enzo performance or DME flash tune) take your vehicle to the dealer and request for a Complete encoding/programming. Should be 1.5 hours. Just tell them you want the latest software put into the vehicle.

It is worth a shot to be honest. I have fixed many N55 engines with Cold start problems with aftermarket intakes with a simple programming. Not all but some.

Dealer may require to have your vehicle over night, pending how long programming takes. The tech working on it, wont know roughly how long it will take until the programming session is connected and ready to go, just to give u a heads up in case u decide to take this route.
