That sucks, because it also means you got all-seasons and the lower speed limiter. Not sure why dealers keep doing this, the system must be real goofy to use because it almost happened to my order as well (Luckily I noticed it and corrected). Sounds like you need to work with your dealer for resolution though, good luck!
