I thought so too. I was offered the option to extend when I bought my m240i this past winter, but I declined because I was also told that I can choose to extend later before my warranty is up. |
It's all the same shit but if you do it when you first buy the car you avoid $200 in shop time for the inspection.
But if you get it up front and sell or total the car or something and never use it you're out the money.
