I'm about to lease my first BMW and i'm looking at 228i, and have a couple of questions. please bear with me as i may have a lot of questions xP.

1) at the dealer, what fee should i expect other than the price i negotiate on and the tax? and how much are they each? (i live in california which means i'll pay 7.5% tax)

2) should the above tax be added on negotiated price of the vehicle or everything combined? (destination charge, etc)

3)the link to the build i want is below.

My 228i Coupe
2.0 liter BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 4-cylinder
Rear-wheel drive
See all standard features
BASE MSRP$32,850
Alpine White$0
Black SensaTec$0
Aluminum Hexagon Trim with Estoril Blue matte highlight$0
Driver Assistance Package$950
Lighting Package$900
M Sport Package$2,500
Harman Kardon surround sound system$875

Destination & Handling:$995
Total MSRP as Built$39,070

4)i'm currently trying to target 9~10% off MSRP. however, the exact configuration cannot be found anywhere in the states which means i'll have to order the vehicle. is 9~10% off MSRP a target?

5)i'm also targeting 0.00086MF (standard 0.00135 - .00049 after MSDs)
is this a good start?

6)lastly, BMW has just announced that 228i will be upgraded to 230i. should i wait for the upgrade or try to get the dealer to give me a good deal on 228i?

thanks for reading my long list of questions. since it will be my first BMW i want everything to go as i plan.
Another important fact to consider is maintenance. 16' is the last year for 4/50k full maintenance. Beginning 17' it drops to 3/36k and no longer covers brakes, wipers, drive belts and clutches.

That's one of the the reasons I leased a 16' instead of waiting for the M240i.
