BMW just can't help itself. It's best at making small powerful and very well handling coupes.

But then they found out they are VERY good at marketing (like Apple) and have that cool factor, and can charge premium. Step forward capitalism on steroids. They are churning out crap load of cars, all like U2 songs - all not amazing but good. And you got the X4s, and X6s and 650 Gran Coupes, and all that stuff. And the 3 series is now a 4, so they can charge more. And it's gotten bigger, so they made a hatch and damn it it is good but that's not supposed to be... aa... and they made the fking Active Tourer because BMW cash.

And when all that crap is said and done... there is that guy up top who still has the balls, who remembers to... approve the goddamn little coupe that handles well. Cheers to that guy. Thanks to him we still got the 1M, we get the 235i, we go the brilliant V8 M3 and so on.

Come to think of it... kinda like Porsche they are. Need to sell a lot of cars (SUVs) in order to do the true thing.
