The M2 is clearly a more focused car, no contest around a track. M2 posted a 3:01.9 on C&D's Lightning Lap 2016, compared to the M235's 3:07.2 posted in 2014.
But to bring it back down to earth, the M2 got humiliated by a $44k Camaro SS 1LE which posted a ridiculous 2:54.8.
