I think it's not too difficult to speculate on all of those things already.
Price: Between M235i and M4 = around $53.5
How different from N55 + tune? Most likely not different. I expect similar to going from 335i to 335iS.
How fast: No idea
I'm hoping to test drive an M4 MT and an M235i back to back to have a better idea soon hopefully.
