If I'm going to do a Cayman it'd be a GT4. I like the idea of the M2 because deep down I still have hope in a proper smallish BMW that will reignite the flame that was once BMW. If not as you stated I'll go GT4. Price point isn't a concern to me as much as the quality of the car.
