It's the space between the vent and the trim...that whole thing is one piece and it's the source of all kinds of noises especially when it gets hot out and the plastic expands. I've had it looked at and it still makes noise ugh! Push on the side of the vent toward the passenger window next time it happens and you will notice the sound goes away. |
Cool. I'll give it a shot. Wonder how to make it go away permanently if that's the cause.
