Judging by your user name, I think you will be surprised by the lack of fit and finish in the brz, unless you are used to mid 90s economy interiors. I drove one prior to ordering my 2, and when I first got in, I was like, hum not so bad, shifts nice, stiff chassis, low seat position, some power.
Then the salesman said get on the highway, i obliged, shifted and nothing, I mean absolutely no power. When I added up the mods, it just did not make sense to get the BRZ, which would in the end still be a modded brz with no resale value. Plus I do not want to race high school boys at every light.
Just my thoughts. BMW is in a different league.
