SO I just took 5mins and lubed the rubber gaskets with silicone spray around the doors, trunk and hood and took a drive on a bumpy road. That addressed about 90% of the problem. Leaving the glovebox door open solved another 5%. I'll just use some of that clear uhmw tape and that should work for the glove box door. I'm still getting an occasional groan from what I believe is the windshield. I'll bring that up with the dealer at the next oil change.
