DK how much of this reflects the difference from being in another country - at least the intervals seem a lot longer. My estimate will change, and at one point the miles went up. I assumed b/c I had been driving hard initially so it estimated a short interval, but then I went into a period of driving highway and it revised the estimate? Regardless, I hit the 1year mark before the miles and they do ours at 1 year. Have you tried running the special 'vehicle status' diagnostic - that might jog things into a reset. I would think that even if they did not reset you properly, you can go back when you hit 30k/24mo from that last change and they'd honor it, even if the computer says you still have time/miles left.
