I paid ~$43K (not including taxes and fees) for a 2016 with Cold Weather, Tech, and H/K. European Delivery, but even stateside it would be ~$46K. For 2016 most of the Premium Pkg minus leather is standard equipment, as is the alarm. I went for Oyster Sensatec instead of leather, also a new option for 2016.
I don't think nearly new cars are a good enough deal, especially with European Delivery as a possibility.
