I purchased a different color M235i but with the same exact options so same MSRP. I was able to get the dealer down to a selling price of $48,200. My acquisition fee is marked up $100 ($895) so that offsets some of the savings off of MSRP. If you're a member of USAA (or can become one), there's a $500 rebate available too.
If you're open to another dealer, I purchased mine from BMW of Mt Laurel - I could give you the name of my CA. If it's closer to you, I also negotiated with BMW of Bridgeport and had essentially the same deal on the table. I can give you the name of the CA who I worked there if you're interested.
