They are 18x8 +45 all around. With 255/35/18 tires (Yokohama Advan AD08) in the rear, the tires are literally right under the fender edge, so they would likely rub under certain circumstances. I believe the AD08 tires might run wider than their actual specs, so that could be why the fitment is so aggressive as well.
A set of this wheel (no tires) will probably run for about $1K, a great deal considering that VMR wheels have been used on race cars before with no issue (Berk's 135i race car comes to mind). I definitely plan on tracking my car with these wheels.
