They are just shop cars, and driven by the employees. I see them around town all the time. H&R is located in Bellingham. They pump out a few every year, take some to SEMA, and then move on. They merely showcase the products and if you notice OZ wheels are on almost all of them, so Rolland must have some connection with them, I believe its a partnership with Tire Rack.
