Get the LSD, it will transform your driving experience. My friend recently installed a Quaife in his m240 8AT, and he's raving about the damn thing every time we talk, thanking me for convincing him to do it, before going FBO.
These cars don't suffer too bad from inner/single wheelspin, but when you start adding power, suspension, etc, handling at the rear end will start to deteriorate and increased requirements for the LSD become obvious.
MP LSD will be your best bet, imo, because it's a sealed unit, with easy install. But Wavetrac LSD makes an excellent product, with more features than the OEM unit, and probably what I'd get if I didn't have the MP LSD..
