The 8.8" screen from an F22/F23 curves a bit differently from the bottom to fit the dash so the F30 screen will likely not fit on a F22/23 without some sort of modification on the plastic frame.
Also, you can't connect the 8.8" display unless you have a NBT head unit. If you have the base non-navi screen, you will need to replace the head unit as well.
